Description

Grade L Lifting Chain G30 Galvanised-China LG Supply is a light to medium duty chain, frequently used for fabricating towing chains, binding chains, tie down chains and logging chains, Farm, log cabin Chain and Trailer safety chains, light construction, marine industry, etc.. Zinc Plated Proof Coil Chain is a galvanized finished chain with a more attractive and rust-resistant finish.

Proof coil chains come in both long link (made to NACM spec) and short link (made to ASTM 80 spec). Long Link chain has a longer inside length to save weight and reduce cost. Both long and short link chain have the same strength ratings. Generally short link chains are more flexible than long link chains.

We have size : 5mm , 6mm , 8mm , 10mm , 13mm , 16mm , 20mm , 22mm , 24mm.

  • Working Load Limit is the maximum working load which should ever be apply to the product under any condition.
  • Never exceed WLL of the chain.
  • Inspect regularly. All chain and chain attachments should be inspect regularly for visible damage, distortion, elongation, corrosion and wear that can cause breakage or reduce strength.
  • Attachments should have a Working Load Limit at least equal to the chain with which they are used.
  • Avoid shock loads.
  • Not for overhead lifting. Use only Grade 80 Alloy Chain for overhead lifting. Proof Coil Chain, High Test Chain, and Grade 70 Transport Chains are not to be used for overhead lifting.
  • Eliminate all twists and kinks in chain before using.
  • All dimensions are nominal and all weights are approximate.
