It is sewn to create a connection point between the sail and the anchor point.

D-Rings are made from the finest marine grade stainless steel. They are specifically design for general purpose, 선박, and shade sail applications. They are also popular with seatbelt webbing.

The D-Ring Thimble has a channel at the edge of the Dee which allows a stainless wire to run through it. A retaining eye at the top of the Dee helps keep the wire in place.
