DFM Overturn Clamp
DFM Overturn Clamps (also called DFM Turn Clamps )are designed for lifting and transferring materials such as steel plates. They can be used in order to securely and safely transport plates both horizontally and vertically.
The main body and parts are made from die-forge special alloy steels, which are optimally tempered for maximum strength and durability.
Feature:
- Working Load Limited (WLL): 1 – 5T
- Used for horizontal lifting and turning of steel plates and profiled bars.
- The clamp is ideally designed as its compact, lightweight, and easy to use.
- WLL means the maximum load of single clamp. In lifting operation, one piece is allowed to use. When horizontal lifting, it must be work with beam together.

Warning!!!
- The lifting clamps are suitable for lifting and transportation of steel plates with Max. hardness 37HrC(345 HB,1166 N/mm2）.
- The lifting clamps are applicable in normal ambient condition between -40°C and +100°C.
- Overload the clamps are not allowed.
- During loading always using the whole jaw depth.
- Never lift more than one plate at same time.
- Always keep distance during raising or lowering the loads.
- Keep in mind that no one can be under the loads.
- Any welding to a clamp is forbidden which will negatively influence its hardness and strength.
