Șaibă de blocare cu arc elicoidal de înaltă rezistență-China LG™,also known as coil helical spring split lock washer.

The high strength helical spring lock washer is use in soft joints, such as wooden pole line assemblies, that are subject to considerable expansion and contraction. The Double Coil provides the travel necessary to maintain effective clamping force in such assemblies. Double Coil helical lock washers are manufactured with an over sized I.D. used with galvanized bolts.

A ring split at one point and bent into a helical shape.This causes the washer to exert a spring force between the fastener’s head and the substrate, which maintains the washer hard against the substrate and the bolt thread hard against the nut or substrate thread, creating more friction and resistance to rotation.
