Light Champion Snatch Block With Hook #418 includes an forged alloy heat treated hook.

It opens up to insert a Wire Rope line easily, and gives the user a mechanical advantage when used as a traveling block.

It is often use on truck cranes and winches, and in the logging, mining, and construction industries.

The top pin of the Snatch Block connects to Lifting Slings, Chain, Head Rings, Shackles, and other Rigging Hardware.

A single line sheave can be used to change the direction of the pull to a favorable direction, while increasing the load on the block significantly compared to the lead line.

When suspended, the theoretical mechanical advantage increases to equal the number of lines going to the Snatch Tailboard Block.

It includes a 4:1 Safety Design Factor.
